Mr. Peyper studied at the University of the Free State and obtained his LLB degree in 2011 before completing his two-years articles at Horn & Van Rensburg Attorneys in 2013.
He was admitted as an attorney on 9 January 2014 and obtained the Right of Appearance in the High Court in January 2014. Soon after this, he was appointed as a litigation attorney at Horn & Van Rensburg Attorneys and later became a director at the firm.
During his time at Horn & Van Rensburg, Mr. Peyper presented extra classes for the Faculty of Law at the University of the Free State in the areas of Family Law, Labour Law, Criminal Law, and Civil Procedure. He received a Certificate of Achievement by the New Academic Tutorial Program.
He further assisted in the preparation and dealing with the yearly National Moot Court attended to by Universities all over the world.
He was a Commissioner at the Small Claims Court in 2015 and 2016 and specializes in Criminal Law, Labour Law, Civil Litigation, and other related matters.
Mr. Peyper is on 24-hour standby should a client require after-hours assistance for bail applications, and other urgent matters.

Mrs. Botha matriculated in 2008 from High School Witteberg in Bethlehem. She attained her LL.B degree from the University of the Free State and was awarded the Phatshoane Henney Group Honour Medal for attaining her LL.B degree Cum Laude in 2012.
During her years as a student, Mrs. Botha was involved with student training as a Law Jaw facilitator and Labour Law tutor. She was awarded the 1st place Law certificate for Best Law Tutor in 2011.
Mrs. Botha also excelled in academics and received numerous certificates of recognition for academic performance and became a Member of the Golden Key International Honour Society in 2011.
Mrs. Botha completed her articles of clerkship at Webber Attorneys in February 2015 and was thereafter appointed as Associate in the Banking and Third Party Claims Department at Phatshoane Henney Attorneys, where she practiced until September 2019.
She has experience in both High Court and Magistrate Court Litigation as well as Litigation in the Courts of Lesotho, compiling of Appeal Court Records, Drafting of Wills and Administration of Estates, Insurance Law, Drafting of Costs Accounts, Evictions, Divorces, Maintenance, Considering and Drafting of Lease Agreements, Neighbour Disputes, Registration of Companies and Conversion of Closed Corporations to Companies, Criminal Law and Legal Cost.
Mrs. Botha is also the in house cost consultant of PEYPER BOTHA Inc. Attorneys.

HISTORY:
The firm was duly established at the inception of 2016 under the preceding name of Pieter Peyper Attorneys Incorporated. The firm has undergone a change of name and directors in 2022 and is now practicing under the name of Peyper & Botha Attorneys Incorporated. The two directors are Mr. Pieter Peyper and Ms. Lelanie Botha.
