Bianca Strydom
Paralegal
Bianca has been active in the legal profession since 2012. She is a dedicated paralegal and Supreme Court of Appeal correspondent. Her role involves managing the procedural and administrative requirements of appeal matters, with a particular focus on accuracy, compliance and the efficient progression of each case.
Working in close proximity to the Court, she brings extensive practical knowledge of Supreme Court of Appeal procedures, together with a meticulous and dependable approach to every matter entrusted to her.

The strict procedural requirements and deadlines of appellate litigation often require matters to be attended to promptly and accurately at the Court. Nicholas Smith

Nicholas is an attorney practising in labour law, criminal law and civil litigation in both the Magistrate’s Court and the High Court. He represents both individual and corporate clients, providing strategic legal solutions tailored to each matter.
Nicholas was born and raised in Bloemfontein and obtained his LLB degree in 2022, before successfully concluding his 2 year articles at Van Wyk & Preller Attorneys in 2024. He has since been admitted and successfully undergone his Advanced Trial Advocacy course to obtain his right of appearance in the Superior Courts
Nicholas has experience in disciplinary hearings, CCMA proceedings, Labour Court matters, criminal defence, and general civil disputes. He approaches every case with thorough preparation, attention to detail and a clear focus on achieving practical, results-driven outcomes.
